Harmen started his first company during his studies in 2007. After working for various software consultancies, Harmen has been working as an independent BI and DWH consultant since 2014. Harmen combines strong analytical skills with a very good eye for detail and accuracy. These skills combined with his experience in development and test automation make for a valuable sparring partner in all aspects of data solution development.

Willem has been developing software since 2002 and has specialized in DWH and BI software since 2009. He combines a solid technical background with the ability to respond quickly to the needs and challenges of business stakeholders. Willem has worked for various organizations, ranging from financial and healthcare institutions to software consultancy agencies. Development automation by applying model-driven development concepts is an essential part of his work in most of these working environments.
Jacob Siemaszko

Jacob is an experienced developer with experience in all aspects of a data solution; from reports, cubes and dashboards at the front to modeling a data warehouse and developing ETL processes for the necessary data flows at the back.
Model-driven development processes, automated testing, continuous integration & deployment contribute, in his view, to ensuring that more time is left for understanding the business needs and understanding business processes. That’s where the impact is then maximized.
